Tastefog QUTE Disposable Vape Shipping:
1. Shipment methods: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, Air express, Sea freight etc.
2. Delivery time for sample is about 2- 3 days after payment confirmed,for BULK/OEM/ODM order the delivery time is flaxible according the detailed requirements after payment.
3. It will take 5~15 days for shipping (depending on the destination country).
4. Any import charges or fees are buyer's responsibility.
Please note that some remote place will take more around 1-3 days more on delivery.

The products of Tastefog are all self-developed with private molds, which are carefully crafted by engineers with very rich experience in electronic cigarette disposable vape product development in our R&D department. We have a production workshop of more than 5,000 square meters and more than 15 automatic production lines. About 300 workers can produce 50,000 electronic cigarette disposable vape products every day. All products are produced in strict accordance with the production process to ensure that the process of each product is consistent and the quality is stable.
Tastefog disposable vape products need to go through about 15 product quality inspection processes before shipping, such as function inspection, airflow inspection, taste inspection, high and low temperature inspection, high-altitude negative pressure inspection, drop inspection, and appearance inspection, etc. To ensure that each product customer get is coming with good function and quality.

2. About Warranty:
From shipping date, 6 months for battery, 3 months for atomizers.If product is defective, pls tell us within 3 days.
3. Delivery time:
Basically, Samples order: within 2 days,Bulk order: 5-10days,OEM order: 14-20days,ODM order: about 1 month
4. Shipment arrangement:
Usually we arrange shipment by DHL,UPS,TNT,Airfreight plus local delivery,sea freight etc.
5. OEM Project:
We have MOQ for OEM order, we highly welcome you to ask and discuss more detail about your project.

6.ODM service:
Tastefog has experienced R&D team to protect your ODM program, we will do as your require accordingly.
7. How to place an order:
1). Kindly tell us to know which item, quantity, flavors, etc. you want to order.
2). Proforma invoice (PI) will be sent to you accordingly.
3). Kindly check the PI. If everything is OK, we will delivery the goods ASAP after your payment.
4). The fastest and economic shipping way will be chosen to ship them to you.
5). Door to door service.
6). Check your package and make sure all of the goods can satisfy you.
8. After-sales service:
1)Kindly share with us your comments, we will proceed accordingly.
2)Please note all of the products we do our internal inspection to ensure our quality control. If any defective products, kindly send the situation, pictures, videos and we will follow up immediately. After checking and confirming, we will send the replacements product to your next order.
