Expanded metal filters also known as expanded mesh filter cylinders, the filters are made of expanded metal sheets, the commonly types include longitudinal welded pipes and spiral welded pipes. Expanded metal are being slit and stretched by punching machines, forming into various hole patterns, this kind of products has sturdy construction and hole shape can keep not deformed for long time, so that expanded metal cylindrical filters is more rigid and solid than the wire mesh filter tubes.
YILIDA can offer expanded metal filters in standard specifications, the size range from 10 mm to 300 mm, and manufacture length up to 3 m. The expanded mesh tube is commonly constructed with materials of aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel.
